What to Expect During Your Session
1. Performance Enhancement (30–45 minutes):
Designed to improve stamina, muscle strength, and running efficiency. Sessions combine Sports Massage to facilitate exercises and deep tissue techniques to address post-exercise soreness and promote recovery.
2. Sports Massage (10–15 minutes):
Targeted therapy to prepare muscles for activity and alleviate soreness or tension after intense physical exertion.
3. Exercise Therapy (20–30 minutes):
Includes personalised strengthening exercises, High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), and stretching techniques. Taping advice and education on muscle function and cardiovascular system training are also provided to optimise performance and recovery.
