What is TCM Cupping
Cupping is an ancient Chinese medicine therapy practiced as early as 1550 B.C. It is a form of alternative medicine therapy that focuses on pain management, reducing inflammation, and relieving muscle tension.
How Does TCM Cupping Work?
TCM Cupping restores the balance of Qi (气) in your body, improves blood circulation, and relieves muscle tension. Increased blood flow can help you heal faster and reduce your pain.
During your TCM Cupping therapy, cups will be placed on your body, usually on your arms, back, stomach, leg, or shoulder. The cup will then generate a suction that pulls your skin upward.
TCM Cupping is often done together with Acupuncture, which also helps to align the flow of Qi in your body.
TCM Cupping Treatments Available

- Sliding/running cupping – Oil will be applied and suction cups will be moved around
